Cancellation terms and conditions: This is a discounted ticket and is 100% non-refundable
once confirmed.

Changes terms and conditions: 

Most discounted tickets are non-changeable. If the fare rules
permit changes, there would be a change penalty payable by the
passenger, along with any difference in fare.
Changes/Cancellations may be allow in some cases within 24 hours of confirming the booking; however, such changes would incur a mandatory service fee along with airline penalties.

Name Changes/Corrections (terms & conditions): 

The ticket is non-transferrable and no corrections to the passenger’s names are allow once the booking is confirmed.

Service Fee: The charges made in the name of ‘Airglobal merchant’ is
non-refundable.

No Show: A passenger who doesn’t show up at the airport for the flight
on time is consider as a NO SHOW. In such cases, the missed flight and all the subsequent flights will be cancelled and the entire amount paid will be forfeited under our terms and conditions.

Itinerary Re-Confirmation: It is the responsibility of the traveler who
has booked with us online or has made the booking directly with a
customer service agent to review and reconfirm names, dates, flight
numbers, airlines and routing including all airport changes. If you
discover any discrepancy in your itinerary immediately contact our customer service agent within 4 hours from the time the booking was completed. It will be under the rules of our terms and conditions.
If you fail to contact us by phone within 4 hours of completing the
booking, we shall consider the booking you have made to be acceptable to
you and we do not assume any liability thereafter for any discrepancy in
your booking.
We are requesting you to review and save the itinerary.

Price Guarantee: The prices are only guaranty after ticket issuance.
The ticket issuance may take up to 24 hours. We request you to call us
if you do not receive your tickets within 24 Hours.

Confirmation: In some circumstances, your booking will provide you with a confirmation number before a ticket has been issued. The booking process is not complete until you have received a ticket number. In some cases, due to unforeseen errors we may be unable to honor a fare quoted. It will be fall under our terms and conditions.

Passports/Visas/Health Requirements: 

Prior to booking your trip, you should ensure that you meet the passport, visa, affidavit, health and other requirements of the countries you wish to visit and those that you transit (even if it is for a plane change). Canadian / USA citizens are required to present a current valid passport for entry or transit through most countries; otherwise, entry or transit may be denied. It should comply with the airlines terms and conditions.
We remind you that living standards and practices at your travel
destination and the conditions there with respect to the provision of utilities, services and accommodation may differ from those found in
Canada / USA.
Please note that many countries require that your passport be valid for
a period of (a minimum) six months beyond your return date.
Obtaining
passports and visas may require lengthy processing times and entry to
another country may be refused even if your required information and
travel documents are complete. We accept no responsibility if you should
be denied boarding or deported for any reason including your age.

Credit/Debit Card: You agree to authorize the ticket issuer to charge
your credit/debit card number for the amount that is shown as the Grand
Total. You have to comply with terms and conditions of your card company.

Basic Economy: All tickets will be book in basic economy, unless otherwise specified. Such tickets do not include any check-in luggage and are not available for an upgrade.

Seats, Meals, Frequent Flier and other special requests: 

Please note that your seats, meals, frequent flyer and other special requests are
requests only. Any service fees that we charge for making such special
requests on your behalf are non-refundable for services rendered and do
not guarantee any particular result. We do not guarantee you will be
assigned the seat(s) you have requested. We also do not guarantee that
your meal(s), frequent flyer and other special requests will be honored
by the airline. It is therefore recommend you contact your airline
directly to confirm these requests prior to your scheduled departure
date.

Schedule Changes: We make every attempt to notify the customer of any schedule changes. It is always best to contact the airline to reconfirm you flights within 72 hours of departure.

Customer Obligation: It is always important for the customer to
reconfirm their flights with the airlines 24 to 72 hours prior to
departure, especially if they are already traveling. You should
periodically check emails for updates regarding flight schedules and
respond in a timely manner.
